How do I become involved?

There are many ways to become involved in our events:

  • Attendee: all our attendees get access to all our workshops as well as to our vendors for the event.  For a very low price, you can connect with hundreds of guests as well as learn valuable information for your business.
  • Vendor: to become a vendor, please review our vendor details below and fill out the vendor form below.  Please indicate the show you are interested in being a participant.  Alternatively, you can visit the individual event page and fill out the forms there.
  • Speakers: Please note that we are always seeking speakers/workshop hosts for our events.  Please note that we usually accept a maximum of 4 speakers per event.  Please check the individual event pages to see if your workshops have been filled.  If not, please email us at with your image, bio and possible workshop topic
  • Volunteer: we are a well oiled machine and we are only able to succeed because of volunteers like you.  Please, if interested, fill out our volunteer form below and email it to us.  We would love to have you.

We will have 30 vendors/exhibitors at this event. Vendor spaces cost $150 + HST and include:

*8 foot table
*table cloth
*2 chairs
*food will be available throughout the day (not guaranteed at all events)
*10 complimentary tickets to the event
*business name listed on the event website
*business name listed in our event program
*social media promotion (twitter, facebook)
